Mr. Ebanks has over 20 years of investment and management experience, investing in small and large cap securities as well as advising on investments.

In his early years he worked with Texaco and was pivotal in the development and operation of their expansion projects. He was part of a team that oversaw $20 million in property and assets.

After a transition of the management team, Mr. Ebanks embarked into the lucrative healthcare space, heading, managing an angel round of financing to start a group of medical companies. The companies now generate in excess of 8 figures annually and is one of the leading cutting edge health care companies in stem cell delivery, research and growth.

Ms. Julian is an innovative businesswoman with over a decade of experience as a mutual fund administrator; having worked with Butterfield Group as well as UBS Fund Services (which was since acquired by MUFG Investor Services, an industry leader in global asset servicing and fund administration and a division of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc (MUFG), one of the largest banks in the world with $3.3 trillion in assets).

Ms. Julian worked with a team that were responsible for the accounting and administration of the company’s investment funds. In this role, Ms. Julian engaged in daily interaction with investment managers and acted as the main point of contact for fund queries, liaised with fund accountants on NAV calculations and fund auditing, processed shareholder subscription agreements and redemption / liquidation requests, maintained shareholder registers and ensured that investors received accurate reporting of their holdings; arranged settlement of wire transfers to custodians and prime brokers (SWIFT platforms) and supported in-house compliance officers to ensure that client’s met their regulatory obligations under the PCCL & the bank’s AML policies.
